It was a beautiful day filming for #21Lives — a short film focused on men’s mental health and suicide prevention.

Every week, dozens of men take their own lives. Too often it's because they feel they have no one to turn to and no way to express that they’re struggling.

This campaign isn’t just about raising awareness. It’s about empowering men to take action, seek help, and find hope.
James’ Place is providing a safe space for men in crisis, and to help raise vital funds,

George Askew is taking on an incredible challenge:
Swimming 21 miles across the English Channel to help save at least 21 lives.

We are thankful to all the incredible organisations and individuals who have helped support already.

The amazing George Askew CEO of Thema dropped by the Andarta Health and Performance offices to talk about his extraordinary bid to swim the English Channel to raise awareness for men’s mental health, and money for James’ Place

An incredible challenge for an incredible charity, and we at Andarta Health and Performance are hugely proud to be able to support.

The impact of - and need for - their work to halt the epidemic of male suicide cannot be overstated. Suicide remains a leading cause of death for men under 50 in the UK. James’ place provide real, effective interventions and support for men at crisis point. George is risking it all, swimming 21 miles to raise the money needed to save 21 lives.

We’re providing George with the Performance Support needed to achieve this monumental feat - more people have climbed Everest than have swum the Channel!

Please give as much as you feel able to support him at
